Advisors Who've Already Been Where We're Going
At Ravus, we believe the best advice comes from people who've lived the work — not observed it. Our Advisory Board reflects that belief. Each member brings decades of experience in the exact decisions facing Ravus and the clients we serve: how to build durable services organizations, how to navigate platform partnerships and acquisitions, how to scale go-to-market with AI, and how to develop the senior Q2C talent the market desperately needs.
These aren't honorary titles. They're working relationships.
Jan McNeil
Founder & CEO, Reframe AdvisorsJan has spent 17 years at the intersection of services leadership, growth, and product strategy. She was CEO of Lev, a marketing automation consultancy acquired by Cognizant, and went on to serve as VP of Cognizant's CX practice. Before that, she led product strategy at athenahealth and worked as an operating partner at a lower-middle-market private equity firm — giving her a rare, full-spectrum view of how services businesses grow, get acquired, and create lasting value.
Today, Jan runs Reframe Advisors, where she helps organizations turn AI and GTM technology into measurable commercial outcomes. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
On the Ravus Advisory Board, Jan brings her perspective on AI-native go-to-market strategy, productizing services, and navigating the firm-building decisions that come with growth.
Dennis Wall
Former CEO, BillingPlatformDennis led BillingPlatform as CEO for nearly nine years, scaling it from an early-stage startup to a recognized enterprise monetization platform serving global customers across communications, transportation, media, software, and finance. Under his leadership, BillingPlatform grew fiscal year revenue by 345% between 2018 and 2021, and was recognized by Deloitte as one of North America's fastest-growing technology companies. Dennis was named a Top 50 Financial Technology CEO by The Financial Technology Report in 2022.
Dennis is a two-time founder: Cloud Sherpas, the global cloud advisory and technology services firm he co-founded, was acquired by Accenture in 2015 after growing to more than 1,100 employees. Before that, he co-founded OKERE, which was acquired by Fujitsu in 2007. He has lived the full arc from self-funded growth through strategic investment to acquisition — twice.
On the Ravus Advisory Board, Dennis brings his deep familiarity with the BillingPlatform ecosystem, hard-won founder wisdom on capital and M&A, and experience building enterprise-scale go-to-market motions.
Tom Stergios
Founder & CEO, Craton ConsultingTom has spent nearly 30 years in CPQ, billing, and quote-to-cash — building some of the most consequential delivery organizations the space has seen. He founded and grew ATG's Missoula Solution Center from three consultants to a team of more than 300, serving 150+ clients worldwide, before leading the firm through its acquisition by Cognizant. That build — from the ground up, in Montana, in one of the most specialized segments of enterprise software — is a template few people in the industry can claim.
Today, Tom leads Craton Consulting, advising enterprises, ISVs, and investors on where quote-to-cash and AI monetization are headed. He is a native Missoulian and one of Montana's most recognized technology executives, with a career that spans six continents and firms including Accenture, IBM, and Cognizant.
On the Ravus Advisory Board, Tom brings his playbook for growing senior Q2C talent, his current read on AI's impact on revenue management, and the hard-earned perspective of someone who has already built what Ravus is building — in the same community, for the same market.
