Jill leads the architecture and solution execution across our strategic partner technologies.

She is a quote-to-cash architect with a proven track record in leading large-scale, transformative projects. Over her career, she's worked with clients across many industries and has also performed various implementation roles. Committed to delivering exceptional results, Jill consistently prioritizes customer needs and project objectives, ensuring technology decisions actually match the business outcomes they were built to support.

Outside of work, you can find Jill running on one of Missoula's trails or out in the nearby mountain ranges hiking.

Evin leads integrations, migrations, and software development at Ravus.

He is an engineering leader with over a decade of quote-to-cash expertise spanning full stack engineering, QA automation, software development, and data engineering. His hands-on engineering background allows him to solve problems from multiple perspectives; whether architecting robust integrations, building test frameworks, or delivering analytics that guide strategic business outcomes.

Evin lives in Missoula, MT with his wife and their two cats. When he's not in office, you may find him dining on fine cuisine, traveling to exotic locations, or spending time with family in Bozeman, Billings, and Helena.

Lulu leads BillingPlatform engagements with strong expertise and consistent client impact.

She brings 15 years of experience in consulting, design, and architecture, with a specialized focus on Order to Cash. Having previously worked at industry leaders like Zuora and Salesforce, Lulu has developed deep expertise in billing and the subscription economy.  In her diverse career, she has held Solution Architect, Test Lead, Project Manager, and Python Web Developer roles.

Lulu’s unique combination of architecture, consulting, and technical expertise allows her to bridge the gap between customers, product owners, and engineering teams. Her ability to communicate complex ideas clearly has enabled her to drive value and lead successful projects in challenging environments.

Lulu lives in Denver, CO with her husband and new daughter. She originates from London and, yes, you will often find her with a cup of tea in hand. She loves skiing and hiking which is one of the main reasons for moving to Colorado.

Patrick brings deep Stripe experience and drives our holistic agentic delivery model.

He combines his expertise as a CPA and technologist to drive quote-to-cash transformations and automate revenue operations. His deep understanding of finance, revenue recognition, and operational workflows allows him to design solutions that bridge the gap between accounting and technology, streamlining financial processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Patrick lives in Bellingham, WA, with his wife and their newborn daughter. In the winter, he seeks out powder turns while ski touring in the North Cascades and BC Coast Mountains and teaches avalanche education. Summers are spent exploring the Salish Sea, mountain biking, and riding motorcycles.

Ashley combines deep Nue expertise with trusted client relationships to lead the practice at Ravus.

She brings a decade of Salesforce consulting experience as a functional architect to Ravus.  Her expertise ranges across Lead to Cash, helping customers discover new ways to delight their own customers through digital transformation.

Ashley lives with her husband, three children and two dogs in the heart of Houston, TX. She is a year-round crafter, turning used clothing and recycled wine bottles into new treasures. 

Katie’s a project manager at heart with 15 years of professional project management experience. She has worked in the technology, healthcare and advertising industries managing a wide spectrum of projects. At the end of the day applying the “unteachable” project management soft skills is what helps projects succeed. She offers a steady, unflappable presence in high-pressure moments, a meticulous attention to detail, ease in communicating with everyone, and the honesty and transparency that help partnerships thrive.

Katie lives in the Atlanta, GA area with her husband, two kids and dog. She’s an avid runner and now runs most of her miles pushing the running stroller.

Stephanie is a technical leader who combines deep engineering expertise with strong communication skills, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and development teams. With extensive experience designing and building enterprise-scale solutions, she brings a unique mix of hands-on technical knowledge, problem solving, and the ability to align technology with business goals.

Based in Missoula, MT, Stephanie lives with her husband, two boys, and a dog. She loves being outdoors, often carrying a child or keeping them moving with the strategic use of gummy bears. Indoors, she channels her creativity into making cinnamon rolls and dinosaur costumes, sometimes simultaneously.

William is a quote-to-cash solution architect who has over a decade of experience leading large implementation teams, focusing on customer outcomes through strong communication and problem-solving skills. He brings a diverse skillset that includes experience through entire project lifecycles, where he leverages a strong understanding of revenue operation processes and strong technical acumen to deliver successful projects. He primarily leads projects as the solution architect, but his career has spanned across numerous implementation roles and technologies.

William lives in the greater Detroit, MI area with his wife and their three young children. In between chasing children around, he is often found spending time outdoors, reading, and getting another cup of coffee.

Billy is an architect in revenue management with over a decade of experience leading successful cloud billing implementations across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Throughout his career, he has served in diverse roles including implementation consultant, business analyst, architect, and internal team leader, driving best practices and bringing a well-rounded perspective to every project.

Customer-focused and delivery-driven, Billy is passionate about helping organizations optimize their quote-to-cash processes and ensure their technology investments directly support business goals.

Outside of the office, Billy enjoys life in his home state of Montana. He makes the most of Missoula’s beautiful summers, and when the weather turns cold, he can often be found traveling the world in search of new adventures.

Erin is a Principal Consultant with 15 years of professional project and program management experience. Erin started her career in Production Operations, focusing largely on infrastructure, compliance and release management projects, including a multi-year project to implement a zero-downtime continuous software release process. Her focus for the last 10+ years has been on the Professional Services side, primarily focused on CPQ & Billing Implementations. Outside of her technical experience, Erin is known for her ability to connect with and understand what drives the people around her. Her clients and project team members alike benefit from this tremendously, from unpacking the business needs behind a project to motivating the team when challenges arise.

Erin lives in the Philadelphia suburbs (Go Birds!) with her husband, three kids and their pup. Erin loves to sing, but also plays the guitar and piano. When she's not at her desk or chauffeuring the kids around, she enjoys writing new tunes.

Nick has nearly a decade of experience delivering Lead-to-Cash solutions, with deep expertise across CPQ, Billing, and the full revenue lifecycle. He has a proven track record of leading enterprise transformations, partnering with cross-functional teams, and turning complex challenges into real business outcomes. Nick's career includes a diverse set of implementation roles, allowing him to bring a balanced blend of hands-on technical experience and business process acumen to every project.
