Former BillingPlatform CEO, pioneering Q2C entrepreneur, and AI-native GTM expert join Ravus as firm deepens its position in the revenue lifecycle management market

Missoula, MT – June 25, 2026 – Ravus, Inc., a leading RevOps and quote-to-cash implementation consultancy and preferred implementation partner for BillingPlatform, Stripe, and Nue, today announced the formation of its inaugural Advisory Board. The board brings together three accomplished operators with deep expertise across enterprise software, M&A, AI-native go-to-market strategy, and quote-to-cash — each with firsthand experience navigating the inflection points Ravus and its clients face today.

The Ravus Advisory Board will provide strategic counsel across the firm's core growth priorities: scaling client delivery, evaluating partnership opportunities, developing the next generation of Q2C talent, and accelerating Ravus's Agentic Delivery model. The three founding board members are Jan McNeil, Founder and CEO of Reframe Advisors; Dennis Wall, former CEO of BillingPlatform; and Tom Stergios, Founder and CEO of Craton Consulting.

Founding Board Members

Jan McNeil brings 17 years of services leadership spanning CEO, operating partner, and product strategy roles at companies including Lev (acquired by Cognizant), Cognizant's CX practice, athenahealth, and a lower-middle-market private equity firm. She now leads Reframe Advisors, translating AI and GTM technology into measurable revenue growth for her clients. McNeil's focus on the Ravus board is AI-enabled GTM and growth strategy.

Dennis Wall led BillingPlatform as CEO for nearly nine years, scaling it from an early-stage startup to a multi-product enterprise monetization platform. He is a two-time founder: his company Cloud Sherpas was acquired by Accenture in 2015, and OKERE — which he co-founded before that — was acquired by Fujitsu in 2007. Wall was named one of the Top 50 Financial Technology CEOs of 2022 by The Financial Technology Report. His focus on the Ravus board is scaling, alliances, and M&A.

Tom Stergios is the founder of Craton Consulting and one of Montana's most recognized names in the Q2C space. Over a 30-year career, Stergios built ATG's Missoula Solution Center from three consultants to a team of more than 300 serving 150+ clients worldwide — through the firm's acquisition by Cognizant.  Today, Craton advises enterprises, ISVs, and investors on where quote-to-cash and AI monetization are headed.  Stergios's focus on the Ravus board is on Q2C strategy and talent development.
